Deleted my microsoft authenticator app and cannot get the code needed to log into my email RRS feed

  • Hello, 

    I deleted my microsoft authenticator app and my account is not on it anymore. When I try to login to my email, a code is needed and I cannot get it through the app or by the different options (via text/call) because I am studying over seas and do not have a cellular provider. I do not know where to go from here, thank you for your concern.
