Based on my research, I suggest you update the drivers to test it, i.e. Audio driver, Graphics driver, wireless driver.
Then, check the 'F1' button for any malfunction.
If the issue persists, try installing the help program to check the result.
I cannot open Help that was created in the Windows Help format (WinHlp32.exe)
