  • What you are describing is a recurring BI need, so I'd recommend fulfilling this need using Excel Services. If Excel Services is configured to allow User Defined Functions, you can put the VBA in an UDF.

  • Hi there--

As far as I know, there is no out of box feature to handle it.

You may need to write the similar report using SSRS & then Subscriptions and Delivery (Reporting Services) functionality to delivers a report as a static application file to a shared folder that is accessible on the network.

Another way to write a batch/command file to get the data from export url:http://ServerName/pwa/_layouts/PWA/PJExport/ExportGridExcel.aspx & save it on location.

    Hope that helps.

  • What's the problem you are addressing with the export? There may be documentation already available to help you meet this need.

  • Amir,

Why are you attempting to export a grid on a weekly basis? This is not a normal usage of the tool.

  • Project center contains all of the company project and present them with a specific view that we defined that shows important parametersof the project.

I have an external script written in VBA that is making all kind of analysis based on that information.

I would like to export the information fronm the project center to excel to enable the script to run properlly.
