Script to move all pictures without "Date Taken" tag to another folder... RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Script guys

Are there a script guy who can help with a script to run on a specific folder + subfolders to find all Pictures (and maybe also videos, avi and mp4) with out the "original date taken" tag and then Automatic move this files to a unsorted folder?

Hope someone can help with this....

  • Look in the Gallery for examples of how to red file tags.

  • Do you mean:

find files in (given folder) with (listed extensions) where (original date taken is blank) -recurse

    or

find files in (given folder) with (listed extensions) -recurse

then blank out their (original date taken) property?

  • I have absolutly no knowledge for scripts, but i would really like to take care of my private Photos and videos and cannot find any application to help with this, so i was hoping someone in here has the time to help me with this.

I think this most be correct:
find files in (given folder + subfolders) with (listed extensions)where (original / digitized date taken is blank)-recurse

  • I have absolutly no knowledge for scripts,

This forum is for scripting questions, not script requests.

You can request a script here:
