  • Hello, the OData reports like the one in the screen shot do not refresh in the web in an on premise deployment. There are a few that should refresh in the web such as Simple Project List. Odata reports need to be refreshed n Excel 2013 then saved back to the library. Paul

  • To get ODATA reports to refresh inside Excel Services, you need to specifically enable by following the procedure documented here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/office365-project-online-help/grant-reporting-access-in-project-online-HA104021109.aspx

    Cheers,

      James.

  • I thought that only worked for Project Online, good to know if it works for Project Server on premise too? If I'm honest I have never tried this on premise as OData would not be my chosen data source as we have access to the database or OLAP cube :)

  • Actually I missed the on-prem reference above, so Paul may indeed by right that it doesn't work on-prem.

Hasan - Please try the procedure and post back to let us know if the ODATA refresh works on-prem.

    Cheers,

       James.
