NT LAN Manager (NTLM) - SCOM Support?

  • dear all,

    i knew SCOM will work on kerberos authentication , my question is will it work on NTLM authentication ?

  • Any reason you want to go back to NTLM or use NTLM? As you are aware NTLM is not the efficient method for authentication protocol.

    Microsoft is moving away from NTLM and kerberos is most preferred and secured protocol for authentication. So I would stick with it unless you have business reasons.
