problem validating word 2002 RRS feed

    I have a 6 year old dell that I had bought from new with work suite already installed. My daughter corrupted the disk and I had to reinstall all the OS. I now find that I cannot get word to start as it asks for a product  key. I do not have a product key for word, only work suite. Here is the diagnostic details
