hd 4870x2 system crash RRS feed

  • Question

  • hello,
    please help me!!
    I have this hardware:
    moatherboard: asus p6q
    core:    core i7 920 2,66 ghz
    ram :   ddr 3 6 GB(2 slots X 3)
video card: ati hd 4870 x2 2 GB ddr 5

Random Vista goes to crash, to blue screen and auto-reboot.
It happens each time I'm playing at "crysis"(during the game or at the quit from the game)
It happens even if i'm going to install...only I try to install Unreal tournament 3: it stops the installation to a blue screen and auto-reboot the system.

some times in the blue screen it says that the ati drivers got  an issue, else time it doesn't say no file problem.
Please help me... I tried to uninstall and re install the newwest driver but I got the same problem.
Can u solve my problem please???

Firstly, please contact the games’ manufacture to see if it is a known-issue and if they have any solutions to this.

With regard to Blue Screen issue, we generally need to analyze the performance monitor logs and memory dump files to locate the root cause. Unfortunately, debugging is beyond what we can do in the forum because of the nature of forum support.
