  • Dear all

    we have lync users with lync phones setup in our company, we are facing a problem that some times when a user recieve a call the lync client is ringing but not the lync phone while the lync phone is on line and working fine but it doesn't ring

    Anybody have idea

  • Hi,

    Please try to initialize the Lync Phone edition device than log in again. The Lync phone edition device also is one client of Lync. It should ringing with Lync desktop client simultaneously.

    You also can run lync server logging tool on mediation server to get more logs about this issue.

  • You would have to look at SIP messages

    Use the OCSLogger.exe
