wrong account info RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am trying to access my account with Microsoft rhuggins@outlook.com so that I may change my forgotten password. I completed all of the steps given and at the end of the application, it has my brother's account info!! It also does not allow me access because it wants to send the information to my old cell phone number which belongs to a phone that I just lost and can't receive calls or texts from. I am getting very, very annoyed and need support

  • Hi,

If you don't have or can't get to your security info (your alternate phone number or email address), click I didn’t get a code when you’re prompted for a code at sign-in, or I don’t have access to these when you’re resetting your password, then follow the instructions.
