This issue is usually caused by having a prior version (like a CTP) of Dashboard Designer on the machine.  What you need to do is:

    1.         Uninstall Dashboard Designer.  (Note Dashboard Designer is a ClickOnce application so it does not have a setting in Add Remove programs.  Follow instruction on this KB to remove only Dashboard Designer ( http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941749 )

    2.         Remove all files in the User profile under Local Settings\Apps\2.0

    3.         Reboot the Machine

    4.         Reinstall Dashboard Designer

  • Hi Sathiya Priya,

The issue may relate to .NET framework version, please specify the version installed on the machine.   Please check the PerformancePoint Server Deployment Guide | ClickOnce deployment overview and considerations http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb660577.aspx
