    I have 6 clients out of 400 that are not showing more than two actions within the control panel app. 4 of thes are workgroup clients and the other 2 are within the domain.

    ClientLocation.log shows that a MP has been assigned. 

    Site Code is P01; Management Point is http://mgtscp1.XXXXX.com; MP HTTPS enabled = 0


    LocationServices.log shows that the client is getting assigned to the correct AD site

    For the workgroup systems, have they been approved in ConfigMgr? By default, systems in non-trusted domains are not approved.

    For the domain systems, are you sure that locationservices.log and clientlocation.log say the same thing?
