Hi Folks
I am seeing these warnings in the QoE reports on our Lync Monitoring Server:
Caller ICE warning flag
An attempt to allocate a UDP port on the TURN server failed.
UDP local connectivity failed.
Callee ICE warning flag
TCP NAT connectivity failed.
UDP local connectivity failed.
UDP TURN server connectivity failed.
The call quality wasn't flagged as bad and I see a green traffic light, however these warnings are seen when looking at the detail of most calls. Are they anything to be concerned about?
TIA
Adam
