The best Multiple Monitor configurations? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Can anyone tell me the best program to use for multiple monitor configuration. I see Actual Muti Monitor, Ultra Mon, Display Fusion, Maxi Vist etc. I have Windows 7 Ultimat. and for an "ultimate" program there seems to be little that you can do to manage multiple monitors with native software. Is it worth adding 3rd party software to the computer to get the extra tool bar?

  • I have had two 1600 x 1200 Dell monitors for years - going all the way back to Windows XP x64.  I've never had need for any 3rd party software.  Generally speaking, the ATI video drivers have always provided all the features I've needed.

What video card do you have?

What "management" tasks can't you do that you want to do?
