MIM 2016 - User creation through Portal NOT WORKING - No Error RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have just installed MIM 2016 and I have executed the initial bulk import and sync. We were able to get all user accounts on to portal. But when we try and create a New User on Portal it does not create, not sure why. There is no error.

    After I have tried creating User when I go back and search for that user, it's not present on portal. I tried to repairing Service and portal through MIM setup but still the issue persists. This is strange as I have never experience such a behavior before.

    Any help appreciated.

  • Chandan,

    Use the search requests link in the lower left part of the portal to look at what has happened to your request. It could be that it is pending an approval, depending on what is setup in the Management Policy Rule.
