CM 07 ->CM 2012 SP1 Software Update Components Failed Migration

Hello,

I am trying to migrate Software Updates from CM 2007 - CM 2012. On the CM2007 SUP Component Update -> Products tab (Adobe Systems, Inc. is listed) My question is how do I get this on the CM 2012 SUP? It is not there by default.

Also I am seeing that there are some CM 2007 updates that are no longer available on CM 2012 such as MS Codename Max, Windows 8 Consumer Preview and Windows Server 8 Beta

do the Product settings need to match perfectly? I am getting failures on my software update migration job.
After the migration I did not get the Update lists or Deployment Templates or Deployment Management. Everything I have read states that these are supposed to migrate.

1) New categories and products will be updated after the first synchronization. Did you have SCUP in the old environment? If so, make sure you still have SCUP and it's configured to publish updates to the new SUP/WSUS

2) Are you seeing any errors in the status of the migration job? Usually I never migrate any Update objects, I always recreate them.

Hi, did you get this working?

Correct at Kent says here. Note that you cannot migrate SCUP updates, you have to republish them in the New CM2012 -SCUP environment.

Products will then appear.
