Incident to Service Rquest RRS feed

  • Hello,

    In SCSM 2012, is there a way to change an Incident into a Service Request?  When an automatic ticket is generated from incoming emails they are created as incidents.  We then find that many of these are Service Requests which leads to closing the incident and then having to manually create a Service Request.  I have a powershell script that almost does this but it is very buggy.

    Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
