Usb - sinc music RRS feed

  • Since one week ago I havn´t been able to sinc music into my mp3 player. I have windows vista and now  I think I have tried everything. I always get that the usb port  is working as it should.

    Thank you for your post.

     

    Please try the following to narrow down the issue:

     

    1.    Please check if the mp3 player can work properly and be recognized on the computer. When the mp3 player is plugged on the computer, a removable storage device will appear.

     

    2.    Scan the mp3 player and make sure it is virus free.

     

    3.    Ensure that the mp3 player has enough space to put more music.

     

    4.    Based on my knowledge, some mp3 players have a switch to control the mp3 player be written or not.

     

    5.    Plug some other removable storage devices to the computer and see if they can be read or written on the computer. Meanwhile, you can also check if you can copy the music to your mp3 player on another computer.
     

    Considering the issue can be related to the specific device, it is also recommended that you contact the mp3 player’s manufacture for technical support.
