No Folders Open. Green Screen. RRS feed

  • Question

  • On the Windows 8 desktop I try to open any folder I have and it won't open. The screen just flashes green and just goes back to the desktop. Nothing after that. I would like to know how to fix this since I have many of my photos and documents in these folders.

    Thank you.

  • Firstly update you video drivers. If this does not work then try to refresh your Windows 8.

  • Does this issue only happen on the folder which contains your folders and documents? What about other folders?

Do you have another user account? If this issue is only related with the special user account, then you can try this solution to fix the user profile.
