Can SteadyState be used with XP? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Maybe I've been in the wrong forum.  I installed SteadyState on an XP machine because when I went to the Shared Computer Toolkit site I found it had been replaced (I thought) by SteadyState.  But today when I looked at the site it only listed Vista under System Requirements.  Should I then be downloading the older Shared Computer Toolkit?

  • the current SteadyState version works only on Windows XP Professional(sp2), Windows XP HomeEdition(sp2), or Windows XP Tablet PC Edition(sp2), , with the Service Pack 2 (SP2) installed.
