MAK LabKey with MDT RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Is it somehow possible to use Mak Labkeys with MDT for the clients? I dont want to use real life keys in MDT for testing purposes and Mak Labkeys are the only keys for testing purposes i have. Because i dont know how often one of those keys can be used, i woul like to use all of my testquest random for clients.

    Many thanks for the feedback.

  • My recommended solution is to use Windows Enterprise VL "EVAL" edition.

Works just like regular Enterprise edition, but clients expire after 90 days, great for testing/learning how MDT works without having to burn up licenses.

Additionally, at the bottom of the Windows 10 Eval page is a link for several VHD Files that will auto-create a fully functional Contoso domain environment for testing/training.

  • Hi,

What do your need test since it has to be a MAK..the activation process?

A MAK activation do count each time, even on the same machine.

Use VAMT to check MAK status: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=11936
