Why a created column doesn't show up in the available columns list in Filter RRS feed

    I have a list called Meeting

    I have a column called Meeting Date

    I created a view called "Today's meeting"

    What I need to do is very simple, to filter out the list by only when the for created column called Meeting Date, in the Filter section of the view, I don't see the column being available; however, it is available in Sort section. Why? and how do I filter the view by that column?
