Adding a GoDaddy Email Exchange account RRS feed

  • I have a business email account created through GoDaddy and the email account has put on a two factor authentication, when I go to sign in it gives me the message below but I am unable to put the account on the authenticator app to approve the log in.

    If I try to add it as a personal account it tells me 'That Microsoft account doesn't exist' and if i try to add it as a work email account it asks me for a code and URL which I don't know how to find.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Manually add your email address to Outlook 2016 (Windows)
    From the Start Menu, open your Control Panel.
    Select User Accounts > Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016).
    Select Show Profiles.
    Select Add.
    For Profile Name, enter whatever you want the new profile's name to be, and then select OK.
