    Hi,all

    when i use command line clientsetup /nomom

    i got the error with this

    ================

    Microsoft Forefront Client Security -- Installation failed.
    Failed to initialize log file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Forefront\Client Secur
    ity\Client\Logs\Clientsetup.log'.  Make sure that the log path and file and/or i
    nstall path is valid and accessible.
    G:\CLIENT\X64>

    ================

    then i locate to "Program Files", but can not find the folder "Microsoft Forefront".

     

    Can anybody meet the problem just like i met? what's the problem?

    Hi Kitty

    My first guess is you aren't running in an elevated command shell.  You'll need to launch the command prompt as an administrator - I believe the error is stating that it can't create the log file because it probably doesn't have permissions to create the folder
