How to create incident from portal using different language than Eng RRS feed

  • In All Request Offering menu i can't find The Generic Incident Request for the Russian language. May be somebody delete it. All my incidents which i create now, are created from Generic Incident Request (EN). My portal is russian but when i press the Create Request button, many field are in english, because of that english template. So i create new template in russian. How can i change the portal, so that all my new incidents creates from my russian template?

  • Ok, thank you but now i'm interesting for what purpose in SCSM so many Request Offerings are created for different languages and is it critical that i deleted one for russian language? And as i understand if my portal is russian by default it should use russian template to create incidents from portal? And because i deleted russian template it use English?
