Question

While adding operating system installer , error : the specify path does not contain a valid operating system or you do not had permission to access it. specify correct path.
I had shared the folder with everyone full read & write too. still it is showing me error.
Plus checked with different network path and OS too.

Make sure that the folder contains the complete set of source files, straight from the related ISO.

What's the CM version? What is the image that you want to install? Do you have installed the proper Windows ADK?
''If you are wanting to do an OS installer, your source folder should contain the files from the ISO. Not the ISO itself.''

Did you also modify the ACL Permissions after sharing and adjusting the Share Permissions?

Yes Permission full control.
