Migration from cloud to in house RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We are in middle of migrating our Exchange mailboxes from cloud Exchange 2010 to in house exchange. Our AD is sync one way for singe sign on using a tool called directory link.

We are using migrationwiz.com for migrating the mailboxes, i am not sure if anyone used that or know about this tool. the tools migrate the mailboxes using the EWS over wire.

All users are configured with In house profile and cloud profile, until the cut over they can swap the profile. They have downloaded the mail up to January and address book in in house profile.  The issues is that the we are unable to send internal emails to any mailbox using in house profile. It takes the x500 address of the cloud exchange server instead of in house exchange. Howvere, when i check the x500 address on in house exchange server it shows correct address but when i send an email to internal user it bounce back with NDR as below. The EXCH500 in below NDR is the cloud server, CAS and MBX .corp.com are in house.
