Hi MMaini,
".NET Framework"
Windows 10 is built-in with .net framework 4.6.
ASP.NET MVC 4
According to my research, it needs Visual Studio 2010 SP1 or Visual Web Developer 2010 SP. VS 2010 is not fully compatible with Windows 10. I am afraid there may be compatibility issue.
If you got any issues, you could try to ask for help from our ASP.NET forum.
"ASP.NET forum"
http://forums.asp.net/"Fuzzy Lookup Add-in for Excel"
It supports Microsoft Excel 2007, 2010 or 2013. If you are using Office 2016, there may be a compatible issue.
Fuzzy Lookup Add-In for Excel
https://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/details.aspx?id=15011"FXCop"
According to my research, it is included in Windows 7 SDK. I am afraid it is not available for Windows 10."Idapi (aka Borland Database Engine) "
According my research, the latest version of Borland Database Engine is 5.202. It is not compatible with Windows 10."IIS Express"
IIS 10.0 Express is compatible with Windows 10."Microsoft .NET 4"
Windows 10 is built-in with with .net framework 4.6. It is compatible with previous version."Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 Outlook Client"

Not compatible
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14220/windows-movie-maker-download"NuGet Manager for Visual Studio_"
It depends on Visual Studio version. Visual Studio 2015 is compatible with Windows 10 and it has supported NuGet Manager.

If you are using Office 2016. I am not sure about this need. For Office 2016, not all Office 2016 versions offer Power Pivot. Office 2016 *does* offer Power Pivot in the Pro SKU.

If you are using Office 2016, we should use TFS 15.

No,These information are allocated by myself. Windows 10 is designed to be compatible with previous version as more as possible. For any uncompatible application, we could try to reinstall them in compatible mode to have a test.
We`d better to upgrade part of the machines to ensure the compatibility and stability then upgrade widely.
I hope my clarification will be useful.Best regards

Hi MMaini,
Are you using Windows 10 or a previous system version? Are those applications installed on the system?
If you are using a previous system version and those applications are installed on the system, we could use the "Windows 10" upgrade app (install KB 3035583)to get an application compatibility report. Here is a link for reference:
Get Windows 10 app - Check Compatibility Report for Windows 10
http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/6728-get-windows-10-app-check-compatibility-report-windows-10-a.htmlIf you are using Windows 10, we`d better to search the applications` official website for Windows 10 compatible version. If Windows 10 is not listed, it means the application is not compatible with Windows 10.
Best regards

Hi,
Thanks for your response. Is this compatibility tool comes with Windows 10 itself? All the above 20 applications are Microsoft products. Since Windows 10 and Office 2016 are Microsoft Products so should I assume that all these above listed Microsoft applications will be compatible to Windows 10 and Office 2016? Currently I have Windows 7 on my machine and all these applications are not installed on my machine.
I am working on a Windows Upgrade project in my company and I have been given a list of more than 300 applications from different vendors that are used in my company and I have to find out if all these applications are compatible to Windows 10 and Office 2016 or not.
What is the best way to determine compatibility of Non-Microsoft applications for Window 10 and Office 2016?
Please advise.
Thanks!

Hi MMaini,
We could try the "Application Compatibility Toolkit". For Windows 10, it is included in the Windows 10 ADK.
Here is the download link.
Download the Windows ADK

Hi,
Thanks for your response. This link is useful but would you be able to tell me upfront if all the above listed Microsoft applications are compatible to Windows 10 and Office 2016? It's not feasible for me to install all these applications on my machine.
Thanks,
Monica

Hi MMaini,
For an Enterprise environment, checking the compatibility issue is necessary for the administrator (though this is annoying)and that tool is the best helper.
I am not familiar with all the applications you have posted. But at least I can confirm ".NET Framework" and "Remote Desktop Connection Manager v2.2" are compatible with Windows 10.
Best regards
