window's form drag and drop on desktop problem RRS feed

  • Question

  • Window's form does not follow when drag it. Instead, there is a frame of the window size follow it and when u release, then only it goes to the location.

May i ask how to change it back to the default, where it will follow whenever you drag it?

Answers

  • You disabled the option " Show window contents while dragging"

Click Start, and type Advanced System Settings into the search box and press Enter/Return. You will need to provide administrative credentials. Select the Advanced tab.

Under Performance, click Settings... and select the Visual Effects tab.

Check that the setting highlighted, Show window contents while dragging, is enabled (ticked) as shown above. Click OK twice to close the dialog panels.
