Skype Room System v2 & SSO federation

We recently federated our O365 tenant with Centrify, an external SSO provider.

The only system not functioning properly is our Skype Room System v2. The Skype connectivity tool gives us a 401 response code, No Common authentication method detected.

In the Lync trace files we can see the attempt to send the soap auth over to Centrify, but Centrify returns an http 500 error.

Anyone use SRSv2 with an externally federated SaaS like Okta or Centrify?

Hi mcedwards,

Based on my research, I did not find the information about the SRS v2 with Centrify for now, and as the resources limited, we could not deploy the test environment as yours. As SSO is configured with Centrify, I suggest you could try to contact your provider to check the compatibility between them.

In addition, we hope anyone else who have the similar environment as yours could give us some feedback about this issue.
