  • Hi,

    What's the exact issue?

Do you mean you can't open .exe file with command line?

Is it available to run .exe files directly? Does the issue only occur on specific files?

Are there any error messages recorded in Event Viewer (Windows Logs\Applications, System)?

Please try the following steps to check the issue again.

Change the value of Default in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exe to exefile
Change the value of Default in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile to "%1" %*
Change the value of Default in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile\shell\open to "%1" %*
    Restart PC
