Problems with office 2016 installation

I'm having a problems with office 2016 installation. I will insert an image when my account is verified.
I had a breack down and had to reinstall office several times.
The problem consists in the activation process that continues to appear (The yellow box) informing me that office must be activated. The fact is that the same process informs me that office is activated and in fact when I check https://account.microsoft.com/services/, everything is in order, and the product key is the same that I used to activate office the first time.
Is anyone ther Is there anybody who can help me to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

See if there is a trial version of Office installed alongside your full version. If you find a trial, uninstall it.

I tried everything possible:
I searched for a possible trial. I didn't find anything.
I deleted all the references in the registry and reinstalled Office. This doesn't help either.
I also used Revo uninstaller 4 and then reinstalled Office. No result at all.
I don't know what to do anymore. Please if you find a solution, let me know as soon as possible. If you need a screenshot let me know.Thanks in advance for your help.
