Windows XP displays upside down RRS feed

  • Question

  • When XP loads on my system it displays upside down.  I can only use it by standing the monitor on its head.  Any suggestions?

  • you have pressed one of the hot-keys in the graphics options. hold ctrl+alt + arrow keys. Each time you press arrow keys the screen would rotate by 90 degrees.

  • Video display is a function of the video drivers and most drivers have the capability to rotate the display.  So, check you display properties.

Sounds like one of your friends is playing a joke on you.

  • Perfect!! Thanks a million! Works fine now.  Happened because I dropped a large heavy

book on the keyboard, which must have stuck all those keys at once.

    Great Answer!
