How does this pertain to Internet Explorer functionality?

    Always state your Internet Explorer version (e.g., IE8; IE9; IE10; IE11) as well as your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; WinXP 64-bit SP2; Vista 32-bit SP1; Vista 64-bit SP2; Win7 32-bit; Win7 64-bit SP1; Win8 32-bit; Win8.1 Preview 64-bit; Win RT 8.1; Win8.1 64-bit; Surface Pro; Surface 2) when posting in a forum.  Please do so in your next reply.

  • thank you Robear, The problem is solved after $100 to an online tech support company. Last week I had Verizon try and help me bring down my mail to Windows Mail (not Windows Live Mail) and Microsoft's last updates disable on the last updates on 4/9 so she did a remote and apparently changed something that would not let Windows Updates nor my Carbonite backup load. Needless to say I'm not happy with Verizon. But it is fixed now, so thank you for your help. BTW, I tried all the Microsoft's fixes mini programs and none of them worked. But it is working fine now. And sorry I didn't state I was using Windows 7 64-bit Professional IE 10, so again, thank you for your help.

Is KB2936068 (or KB2929437 if IE11 is installed), KB2922229; KB2929961 and/or KB2930275 listed in Installed Updates (not Update History)?
