Office 365 exchange online with AD RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

I'm planing to move my existing email solution to exchange online plan 1 and hoping to migrate 90 users to cloud. at the moment i got office 2007 and 2010 mix users in my site.

I have my local domain - abcd.lk and used DNS server with AD. also  i register the same domain with domain registrar with the same name and configured the office 365 with that and so far all looks fine. DNS records and every thing was fine on the portal. How ever i faced an issue with one office 2010 PC was not able to configure outlook and it gives error " and encrypted connection connection to your mail server is not available" so when i test with Microsoft concretion analyzer  it gives an error with auto discovery.

my records are on domain registrar is

    ns1.bdm.microsoftonline.com. ,2,3,and 4

do i need to add all the mx records and auto discovery records on domain registrar ? or any thing to do with local DNS server to re-route them

    Thank you
