How to set an engagement with different workload among the monthes in VBA RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I have a working VBA script in order to automatically create engagements. I use the

    ActiveProject.Engagements.Add(intEngResourceID, curResourceStart, curResourceStop, curResourceWork)

method in order to do this.

I am wondering of we can create the same engagement with different workload among the monthes. Here is my explanation :

If I create an Engagement from October 2019 to end of December 2020 (3 monthes) for resource toto with a total work of 600 hours. Then the system will create an engagement with 200 hours for October, 200 hours for November and 200 hours for December.

How can we create a single Engagement with 300 hours for October, 100 hours for November and 200 hours for December ?

I know it's possible in the Project Professionnal user interface by simply changing the "proposed work" column, but how can we do it with VBA ?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    zigune
