Performance Qualification Documentation?

A client asked for Performance Qualification documentation for a SharePoint environment install. Does anybody have any examples or samples of this? Or any idea how to start building one?

Thanks for that, but unfortunately they are just test results and performance enhancing techniques. There must be some type of Performance Qualification documentation or testing somewhere
