Lync 2010 and CCM no matching rule has been found in the dial RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Previously in OCS R2 We have a setup where cisco call manager sends 4 digits to OCS and then these get normalized to full e.164 format using our OCS normailization rules and in doing so our users MOC endpoint rang

    We have now just migrated to Lync 2010 from our OCS R2 setup, however our inbound calling no longer works from Cisco..

    We get error "No matching rule has been found in the dial plan for the calling number"

    I dont understand why it is not working now, it appears that Lync is not making any attempt to normalize the incoming number.

    I have tested the number in our dial plan and it normalizes fine

    The software version of CCM cannot normalize numbers
