Calling to MS Teams - dial plan does not work on AudioCodes phone with SfB FW RRS feed

    Hi,

    Users are in Teams only mode. Earlier they were in Teams Island one.

    Dial plans are added to MS Teams.

    When I dial a number 0xxxxxxxx from Teams application it is changed to +e.164 number format and call is done.

    When I dial a number 0xxxxxxxx  from AudioCodes IP Phone with SfB FW number is not normalized and I cannot call the number.

    What could be wrong?

    There is the same user on the phone and in application.

    Do you try this with other account?

    In my research, user accounts are required home in Skype for Business Online in Teams only mode.

    Please make sure the account is home in Skype for Business Online.
