Does the conversation history folder update in outlook?
You can check if the option “Save IM conversations in my email Conversation History folder” is selected in Options.
Then, you can check if the EWS and MAPI status are ok in Configuration information. You can find the two parameters as the steps:
1.Press Ctrl and right click Skype for Business icon in the taskbar.
2.open Configuration Information.
3.Check MAPI and EWS Information status.
If the MAPI shows “MAPI unavailable”, you can refer to the following link to fix this problem:
