S4B Client Conversations History Not Updating RRS feed

  • Question

  • This issue has only been reported by 1 user.  The user is homed on a 2019 Enterprise Pool.  O365 Exchange UM.

Client Conversation History tab is not updating for new conversations/calls.  We've reinstalled Office, deleted sip profile folder and removed and re-enabled user account.  Issue still happens when the user signs in to her account on another workstation.

We've updated to the latest CU and issue is still occurring only for this one user.

  • Hi Genotype,

Does the conversation history folder update in outlook?

You can check if the option “Save IM conversations in my email Conversation History folder” is selected in Options.

Then, you can check if the EWS and MAPI status are ok in Configuration information. You can find the two parameters as the steps:

1.Press Ctrl and right click Skype for Business icon in the taskbar.

    2.open Configuration Information.

3.Check MAPI and EWS Information status.

If the MAPI shows “MAPI unavailable”, you can refer to the following link to fix this problem:
