  Hi,

  you can mirror you android phone to windows by using third party software such as Vysor,

  please google how to download and install Vysor 

  on windows 10 you can use the connect icon to share the screen.

  If you want to project the phone screen on your PC, it may need to use third party product to achieve this goal.
