Word 2010 will not collate print jobs RRS feed

    When printing a Word (Word 2010 with SP1) document, multiple copies, select "collate", instead of printing 1,2,3 and 1,2,3, it prints 1,1,1 and 2,2,2 and 3,3,3 - I downloaded the hotfix as per KB2767296, expanded, tried to install and was informed the system did not any qualifying products installed. Odd since, the machine has Office 2010 Standard Edition with SP1 installed on and Word 2010 is used daily, all day. I have tried printing to PCL drivers and PS drivers, same result
