We have a lot of Distribution List created in our Exchange server using Citrix Web Interface. But, everything is manual right now and the Helpdesk gets a lot of tickects for adding new hires of internal transfers into their respective distribution list.
But, I am given the task for figuring out a more simple and automated process where whenever there's a new hire or internal transfer, that person gets automatically added into their respective distribution list at the time when their account gets created in
the AD Manager or may be after. But, all I need is the addition to distribution list has to be automatic and also the deletion should be automatic.
It's a real urgency for me. Please do reply as soon as possible.
