Word 2010 F1 short cut key does not work with IE8 RRS feed

    Hi,

    I am using Windows XP SP3 with IE 8.

    When i try to access the help window through File->Help ->Getting started with 2010 -> Open Word Help , it opens the help window.

    But When I try with pressing F1 key -> Getting Started with 2010->Interactive ribbon guide -> Open Word help , nothing happens.

    Is this problem with IE8 or some other.

    Any inputs regarding this issue are welcome.
