OWA connection problem with Microsoft Exchange 2007

Question

Able to get to owa screen and sign on; however, after pressing login, receive the following error:
Outlook Web Access could not connect to Microsoft Exchange. If the problem continues, contact technical support for your organization.
The previous links to similar questions were not helpful and I am the only one with this issue in my office.

Verify your User Permissions are inherited.
You need access to a Domain Controller for that.
