Self Service Portal - My Requests not showing the tickets

Question
-
Dear All,
Few users (around 4) reported that when they are clicking on "My Requests" in self service portal, it is not showing their tickets. It is empty. But sometimes they were able to see but some times it is empty. Not sure why this is happening. We did not face this issue earlier. My SCSM version is 2012 R2, 7.5.3079.0. I am reading some of the articles and I found this is a bug as per below link. But some articles mentioned that it is resolved by restarting system centre data access service and system centre management configuration service. If anyone faced this issue and has a fix, please throw some light on this. Thanks. http://blogs.technet.com/b/servicemanager/archive/2013/07/15/kb-the-my-requests-view-in-the-service-manager-self-service-portal-takes-long-time-to-load-or-is-blank.aspx

Hi,
Please refer to the following workaround:
Problem with Service Manager “My Recent Requests” Empty
http://systemcentertech.com/2011/11/03/problem-with-service-manager-my-requests-empty/#more-166
service manager 2012 self-service portal "my requests" is blank
