How to -touch- a file in Windows, the easy way? updating the timestamp of any file RRS feed

  • Question

  • the touch command in *NIX is useful to create new files (ok, fsutil can do that) but also to update the timestamp of a file, without changing anything inside the file, even if it is a binary file

    There is a old KB:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/69581

    showing this example:

    COPY /B EXAMPLE +,,

    There are other ways?
