  • To change language using a batch file, use intlcfg.exe command from WAIK

  • As I wrote in my question - "after Language Pack installation".

    Scenario: you have Vista box with e.g. English LP only. Then you install Chinese LP. Default language remains English. Now you want to change default language to Chinese by executing a command (batch/script) without clicking with the mouse in control panel.
