  • Can anyone help me find out what could be the root cause of this fade error which happens with our POS software, the only solution that we have for this is to reinstall OS. If anyone can provide some insights that would be a huge help.

    1.Have you checked the problem history in the Action Center control panel?

    2. What application does this?

    3. Are there any antivirus software on this server? (Any exceptions set for application?)

    It looks like this issue may cause by the antivirus programs. Please turn off antivirus programs for test.

    If the problem still persists, the system may be corrupted, I’m afraid you are right, you need to reinstall OS.
