can not subscribe at Azure rms for individual RRS feed

  • Dears , i have a Question regarding Share Documents / Emails with External users who has mailbox on office 365 but don't have RMS enabled for their tenant , and when they try to sign up for rems for individual they receive error attached any one can help

  • If your emails domain name is already registered in Azure, you cannot enable RMS for individuals for that account. The ability to use Azure RMS is controlled by the tenant admin. If they don't want users protecting documents, they can enable User Onboarding to control that while still having RMS enabled for consumption.
